Defining and protecting Craft Cannabis in Washington State

Sungrowers could grow up to 90,000 feet of sungrown canopy and still be Craft, indoor grows are limited to 10,000 feet. These sungrown farms are very large and shouldn’t qualify to be craft.
Estimated number of licensees that would qualify is over 800. By adding so many access points for cannabis, we will be increasing the risk of youth access.
The allowance of vertical integration is contrary to the intent of I-502.
The impact of this bill would be contrary to the goals of social equity.
By allowing small producers to sell their products direct it will put downward pressure on prices and hurt other businesses and tax revenue.
